Hematite is one of our top grounding stones and one of our go to stones for pain relief, including migraines* (*not to take the place of medical care*). Studies from 2018 have shown that we actually have magnetite (magnetic hematite) particles in our brains with concentrations in the cerebellum and brain stem and the belief is that our cells actually produce magnetite.
